I have an individual lease apartment for $545/month (but might be negotiable) for a LARGE 1/1 in a 4/4 apartment, fully furnished, private bath and only 2.5 miles north of UCF (a free shuttle to and from campus is provided!!!). The W/D, microwave, dishwasher, and stove range are included. The current roommates are awesome and everyone is in their early 20's and students. It's VERY safe, clean, quiet and you can move in as soon as the leasing paperwork goes through. There's a great pool area, a gym, a movie theater and an awesome game room in the clubhouse. We even have a free standing tanning bed. Near several great, major shopping areas. Rent includes cable (with HBO), personal phone line, and utilities. Maintenance is also fantastic and quick to fix problems. I need someone to take over my lease until July 31st, 2009 (but it can also be extended if you want). It's bedroom D in pic! GREAT layout!!!
